<strong>Best</strong> <strong>Policy</strong> <strong>Practices</strong><br />
Construction Initiative (SBCI), the Task Force has published a<br />
baseline report: Energy Use and Greenhouse Gas Emissions<br />
from Construction and Buildings, see www.unepsbci.org/resources.<br />
As the outcome of the first international workshop<br />
in June 2006 in Helsinki, the Task Force drafted <strong>Policy</strong> Action<br />
Points, (see www.unepsbci.org and www.environment.fi/sbc).<br />
The international core group of the Marrakech Task Force<br />
on SBC has included China, France, Lithuania, Mexico, Sweden,<br />
the United States, the City of Cape Town, and Finland<br />
as the lead country. Finland has also its own national advisory<br />
committee with a broad representation of different stakeholders.<br />
