<strong>Fastems</strong> <strong>RPC</strong> is designed for loading<br />
and unloading of workpieces to and<br />
from CNC machine tools. Every cell<br />
consists of a single transferable unit<br />
that allows for fast installation and, if<br />

new and existing machine tools can<br />

<strong>RPC</strong>-20<br />

The <strong>RPC</strong>-20 is a complete solution to increase the productivity<br />
of your production machinery. It can be integrated with<br />
your existing CNC machine tools to achieve more spindle<br />
hours and unmanned production. The payload of the <strong>RPC</strong>-20<br />
is 20 kg and its main dimensions are 2600 x 2400 x 2500 mm<br />
(L x W x H).<br />
<strong>RPC</strong>-50 The <strong>RPC</strong>-50 is the big brother of the <strong>RPC</strong>-20, naturally with the<br />
same benefits. The <strong>RPC</strong>-50 is also suitable for heavy workpieces,<br />
which are difficult to handle manually. Material buffer is based<br />
on two EUR pallet size trolleys. The payload of the <strong>RPC</strong>-50 is<br />
50 kg and its main dimensions are 3600 x 2400 2500 mm<br />
(L x W x H).<br />
<strong>RPC</strong>-165<br />
The <strong>RPC</strong>-165 comprises a wide range of modules that allows<br />
you to build the automation solution that best suits your production.<br />
Large buffer together with long reachability makes<br />
it possible to integrate also machining centers. Up to three<br />
machine tools can be automated with the <strong>RPC</strong>-165. The payload<br />
of the <strong>RPC</strong>-165 is 165 kg and its main dimensions are<br />
4100 x 3400 x 2500 mm (L x W x H).

<strong>RPC</strong>-<strong>20G</strong><br />

The <strong>RPC</strong>-<strong>20G</strong> works together with all CNC machine tools and<br />
especially lathes. It is an easy-to-use, space saving solution that<br />
offers all the benefits of a robot cell while leaving the front of<br />
the machine tool free. The payload of the <strong>RPC</strong>-<strong>20G</strong> is 20 kg and<br />
its main dimensions are 5040 x 2150 x 2740 mm (L x W x H).<br />
<strong>RPC</strong>-70G The <strong>RPC</strong>-70G is extendable with standard modules. For example,<br />
the linear track can be extended and the material buffer<br />
can be increased with additional trolleys and trolley stations.<br />
The payload of the <strong>RPC</strong>-70G is 70 kg and its main dimensions<br />
are 10500 x 2750 x 3150 mm (L x W x H).<br />
