Suffield Academy 2012-2013 School Year
Sign up by August l5r20l2 andyou will
receive your welcome package of 2 fabric laundry
and garmenL bags at regislration. These 4 bags are
yours to keep at the end ofthe year.
Julie's Cleaners wil[ be at registrationon9/4,9/6
&.917/2012 for a meet & greet, and to answer any
çestions or concerns you may have.
We offer DOUBLE THE SERVICE with pick
ups in the Student ion Locker Room and drop
offs in your dorm on both Mondays and
Thursdays. First day of service will begin on
Thursday 9/6/12 @11:30am. This is a special
start date for the Varsity Candidates and
Proctors.
We tn¡st an honor system. If you miss a pick up,
we understand you will have more laundry the
next time.
We do each student's laundry individually and
with care. Sorry we do not hand wash. We do not
take responsibilþ for any lost articles, garments
that nur or do not hold up in the cleaning process.
For best results: Initial your gaments. turn all
garments right side out, unbutton shirts, empty
pockets and don't mix in wet items with your
laundry.
We offer free minor sewing sen'ice and special
laundry needs. Just include insfuctions with your
phone number and we will do our best for you.
Julie's st¿ffis very honest. Over the years we have
found and retumed many wallets, keys, MP3s, cell
phones, credit cards, money and other valuables to
their owners.
Please THINK GREEN by using both laurdry
& garment bags every time. We also encourage the
re-use of good hangers. Together we can generate
less trash for our environment.
Extra charge items not included in your plan will be
charged to your school account or invoiced home at
thc cnd ofthc school ycar.
Refund policy for early termination of laundry
Plans #1, #2, &.#4 is ûo convert to Plan #3. You
will be chargcd $375.00 or your itcmize usage plus
a $50.00 service fee which ever is more. No
refunds for Plan #5. There are no refirnds after
January lst,2013.

Plan #3 $375.00 Minimum Charge
(2 lamdry & 2 garment bags)
¡ Wash-Dry-Fold; $1.00/lb, minimum l2lbs.
o F'ressing, dry cleaning, leather cleaning and sewing
services are charged itemized. A statement will be sent
home after the school year ends if the amount used is
over $375.00.
Plan #4 $885.00 (2 laurdry & 2 garment bags)
o Wash-Dry-Fold and Hang.
o Wash and Press dress shirts, blouses, slacks, skirts, and
dresses.
o Dry Cleanjackets, ties, sweaters, slacks, skirts & dresses.
Plan #5 5300.00 Must sign up early and in conjunction
with any one ofthe above laundry plans.
o Linen Rental Sen¡ice (Package includes: All new 2
Blankets, 2 sheets sets, 4 towel sets. These linens are
assigned to ¡rou for the academic year. For your
convenience, these items will be washed and ready for
you to use upon your a¡rival.
o Wash, Dry and Fold with your launclry.
o Annual Renewal $50.00
The above plans are priced for ONE studentfs
normal usage only. NO Limits per pick up for
your convenience but we appreciate your
understanding and cooperation to this honor
system. Together we can keep prices down.
