You will experience grape picking, crushing and pressing, racking juice and wine to barrels and some cleaning. While you are here you will stay in our fully stocked cottage on Cayuga Lake. It is a round and lucious wine with great depth of fruit. This Chardonnay carries lots of oak without being buried by it. This wine is not produced every year.
