Congratulations to G.I.
Zaratsian VM04. In Spring
2008, G.I. will graduate from
John Carroll University with
a Bachelor’s Degree in
Communications. During
his college career, G.I. served
as a class representative in
the Student Union and
recently completed an
internship with John
Carroll’s Career Center.
G.I. interviewed with Otis
Elevator and received an
offer to join the Otis team
and is seen here accepting the
position.

Kathryn Graf VM81
Congratulations to
Kathryn Graf VM81 for
being inducted into the 2007
Summit County Sports Hall
of Fame. As reported in the
Akron Beacon Journal on
October 1, 2007, the
organization held its 51st
anniversary banquet at
Tangier Restaurant. Kathryn
was inducted for recognition
in the officiating field and
has officiated games for the
Mid-American Conference,
Mid-Atlantic League and
Horizon league as well as all
levels of Division I, II and
III.

Jan Dzuris Rodusky
VM85, Vice President of
Grant Programs for Palm
Healthcare Foundation, Inc.,
has been awarded the
prestigious Marshall
Memorial Fellowship
(MMF) for 2008. Jan, along
with 15 other fellows, will
spend 25 days this spring in
Europe visiting institutions,
societies and cultures and
learning about economic,
political and social issues
facing the United States and
Europe.
Jan is proud to represent
her state and Palm Beach
County as she travels to
Brussels, Copenhagen,
Lisbon, Warsaw, Krakow,
and Bratislava. Her
professional background
includes: grant making and
nonprofit organizations.
Jan’s focus will be on a range
of health related issues
including healthcare
economics, the provision of
healthcare access and
insurance, healthcare
emergency response
practices, global healthcare
workforce shortages,
physical fitness, nutrition
and the diabetes epidemic.
Born and raised in Akron,
Ohio, Jan Dzuris Rodusky
graduated from STVM in
1985. She went on to Kent
State University and earned
a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Sociology and a Master’s
Degree in Public
Administration. She resides
in Royal Palm Beach, Florida
with her husband Andrew
and daughters Victoria
and Holly.

Holaday Wins Award
Our Alumni Director, Kathleen Zehenni Holaday VM77, was named a “Woman of the Year
for 2007” by the Summit Regional Council of Catholic Women at their Annual Christmas
Luncheon on December 10, 2007.
Kathy was nominated by the St. Sebastian Sanctuary Society as a result of her “outstanding
commitment and energetic dedication to St. Sebastian. Kathy is an exceptional woman who
consistently gives generously of her time and talents to our parish.”
Congratulations, Kathy! We are so proud of you and glad you are sharing your gifts with
the St. Vincent-St. Mary community.
