Reminder - The 2013 Fall Sports Program will be printed in color. 

Please read the enclosed information carefully! 

If you would like to advertise or have your student(s) listed as a Scholar Athlete or have your Family 

Tree displayed in the program - PARENTS must submit the information!

Individual photographs of our VM14 Senior Athletes will be featured in the magazine. The individual photos will be 

taken during that team’s timeslot. If desired, this photo of the VM14 Senior can be selected on the “family ad” 

form (see attached). There will also be a group photo featured. There will be no retake day. 

PLEASE NOTE! Student athletes must be IN DRESS CODE for these pictures. 

There will be no retake day. Students who arrive out of sports uniform will not be photographed or 

included in individual or team photos. 

Student Athletes and Marching Band members must: 

• Wear team uniform 

• Have hair length, style and color in compliance with school dress code 

• Wear no jewelry (other than POST-style pierced earrings for girls only) 

• Display no tattoos 

• (Males) Be clean shaven

• No ads will appear on covers or in center section. No specific page requests. Placement is random. 

• Full page including border: 7.5” wide x 10” high $425 

• 1/2 page including border: 7.5” wide x 5” high $300 

• 1/4 page including border: 3.75” wide x 5” high $200 

• 1/8 page (business card) including border: $125
