Flexibly different
The Patruuna loaders and trailers are manufactured
and assembled into combinations according to the
Junkkari Oy customer order system – individually.
Each product is also tested carefully before delivery.
The Patruuna loader selections include several
valve, log grip, grip turner and support leg alternatives
with accessories, so that all forest types and
customer needs can have the correct combination.
Advanced technique
The 700 and 800 series loaders include a tempered -
toothed bar and a turnable toothed wheel. The
joints have bronze bearings and tempered pins. The
changeable L-shaped slide pieces give a good support
also for the continuation boom. The lift cylinders
of the 800 series include a sliding protection
and the fold includes a strong wide-angle joint.
The loaders in the 900 and 1000 series have been
designed for demanding professional contracting.
The strength of the four-cylinder turn device is
enough also for working on tilted terrain and the
tempered toothed bars in the vertical axle give the
loader a large turning movement over the entire
loading area. The turning devices are oil bath lubricated.
All the joints in the loader have bronze bearings
and tempered pins. A strong wide-angle joint
guarantees strength evenly throughout the movement
area. The slide pieces in the continuation
boom are adjustable.
The 5769 with cast turn chamber and four turn cylinders
is the correct choice for a contractor who values
highly tuned lift geometry.
The 1084 loader, designed particularly for thinning
timber, has a fast and strong hex angle profile continuation:
the first one is equipped with a chain and
the second one with a hydraulic cylinder.
The loaders have the Patruuna 0.2 grip by default.
The protective spirals prevent hose wear.
Patruuna development work in lift geometry and
structure solutions give all loaders an exceptionally
large lift capacity with the movement trajectory of
the whole boom set. In addition lifting strength is
available also in the border areas of the boom.
Control devices in loaders
1 Comfort Drive – Patruuna double attenuation
The double attenuation Patruuna is a comfortable,
fast and flexible tool compared to a normal loader.
The double attenuation significantly reduces stress
on the loader and shocks in all direction, even to
less then half of -non-attenuated.
2 Patruuna 2 lever
The continuation and the grip are controlled with
their own control levers.
3 Patruuna Ergo
The continuation and the grip are controlled by
changing the angle of the handle.
4 Pre-control valve sets
A control system that saves tractor cabin space thus
improving driver visibility and his working position.
The valve board of the system is installed in the
loader -frame and only the pre-control handles will
be in the cabin. It is possible to have an electric (upper
picture) or hydraulic (lower picture) pre-control
in the Patruuna loaders. The pre-control valve sets
have electric controlling of the support legs by
default. An electric pre-control valve set is available
also with load recognition (LS line).
Accessories
5 Efficient 16 kN skidding winch for the lift boom.
Winch radio control has a working distance of about
50 metres. Wire cable: 8 mm/40 m.

Fodder-manure grip, width 1000 mm
7 Height limiters. All 3-point fitted Patruuna loaders
can be equipped with limiters which lock the
loader into the tractor. The height limiters significantly
reduce the load on the lift arms.
8 Patruuna log grips are available in three different
sizes: 0.15 m², 0.20 m², 0.25 m².
