27 15. OIL SKIMMER (Cont.)<br />
27.15.6. Inspect the wheels and make sure they are clean and still have grooves to grip<br />
the belt.<br />
Note: If the wheels on the shaft are smooth they will not grip the belts!<br />
27.15.7. After you inspect the wheels replace the new belts on the shaft.<br />
27.15.8. Put the bolts back in place and tighten the bolts.<br />
27.15.9. Place the belts back on the wheels in the reservoir tank.<br />
27.15.10. Re-install the oil skimmer unit back on tank.<br />
27.15.11. Plug oil skimmer in and turn power on and inspect when the oil skimmer turns<br />
on.<br />
27.15.12. Close lid and install locking fastener.<br />
DO NOT OPERATE OIL SKIMMER OUTSIDE TANK.<br />
REPLACE ALL PANELS (GUARDS) BEFORE RETURNING THE<br />
<strong>Chip</strong>BLASTER TO PRODUCTION STATUS.<br />
