Move In
When do I move in?
• Returning students move in Saturday August 25 and Sunday August 26
between 10am and 5pm.
Where do I check-in?
• Returning students living in Butler, St. Joe, and Rowley will be checking in
at the Rowley lobby.
• Returning students living in Gerard and Ostapenko will be checking in at
Ostapenko.
Will carts be available?
• Yes! Carts will be available at both check-in locations to ease the move-in
process!
What if I am a Transfer student?
• For those that did not attend summer orientation, check-in is Tuesday,
August 21 from 9am-Noon.
• For those that did attend summer orientation, check-in is Friday, August 24
from 9am to 4pm.
• Check-in is at the Ostapenko desk for Berg, Gerard and Ostapenko residents.
• Check-in is at the Rowley desk for Rowley, St. Joe’s and Butler residents.
What do I do if I was approved to move in early?
• Check with your advisor, coach, etc. to ensure that you are on their early arrival
list. Please refer to the email you received from OCRS confirming your
arrival date and time.
• Please remember that if you were a summer resident that YOU STILL
NEED TO CHECK-IN on move-in day. Students need to pick up their
RCRs and any other important paperwork.
