6.3 Visual On-stream Inspection Visual checks should include; • Leakages • Visual inspection on parts visible. • Rupture disk orientations. • Verify that there is no pressure buildup between the rupture disk and pressure-relief valve (gauge reading). • Supports and vibrations. • Tagging and correct valve (type/location) installation. • Ensure block valve is in its proper position including locking devices Fion Zhang/ Charlie Chong
