at 7.30 p.m. Nominations for <strong>the</strong><br />
Management Comitee should be<br />
handed to Mr. Flinthan, 90, Queen<br />
Elizabeth Rd. not later than 11th<br />
April. All nominations should be<br />
in writing and seconded.<br />

Review. But already <strong>the</strong>re are good<br />
signs. More people are seeing that<br />
this is a real and practical way of .<br />
showing <strong>the</strong>ir Christian faith and<br />
commitment to God through his <strong>Church</strong>.<br />

families and a number of increased' .<br />
pledges we can look forward to doing<br />
greater things for God both in this<br />
<strong>Parish</strong> and beyond.

This is a sad letter for 7-le to write, for after ten very<br />
happy years a-lencst you all at <strong>St</strong>. <strong>John</strong>' s <strong>the</strong> ti, has a:me for ine to go<br />

The Pishop has asked re to co to <strong>St</strong>. Hugh' s, Old nruriby, : at Scunthorpe.<br />
The details have not been arranged, but I anticinate that we<br />
shall at least have <strong>the</strong> month of AuTnst with you all before we say<br />
r:oodbyc.<br />
It, is good to know that Scunthorpe isn't too far away, and<br />
compared with Des Moines , it is of course ilk 7 bein: neyt door . The<br />
Bishnp tells lie that he has a very fine young priest in -lird to succeed<br />
