Each student taking the Advanced Placement Examination will need to pay an examination
fee of $89.00 for EACH of the Advanced Placement Tests he/she plans to take. Please note
that Economics, Physics C and Government & Politics now have individual fees of $89.00
each. All questions should be brought to Mrs. Roland or Mrs. Norum in the Assessment
Center, room 141B. Students enrolled in AP classes at more than one school should register
for all AP exams at their home school (only one registration form for all exams).
Each test will take approximately 4 hours. It is the responsibility of the student to notify
any coaches, sponsors or supervisors of their testing schedule. Students will NOT be
permitted to leave a test early for any reason (including work, athletics or activities).
REMEMBER: CELL PHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE TESTING ROOMS. Testing
will be either at John Hersey High School or at Forest View Educational Center. Students
must provide their own transportation and arrive on time for the exams. Specific
information, including exact time and place for each exam will be provided.
Students are excused the entire day of the AP exam, however, they may return to school if
they wish. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the student to arrange his/her own
transportation to and from the testing site and cells phones are not allowed in the
testing rooms.
This registration form will be used only if the student is unable to register online. Please see
Mrs. Norum or Mrs. Roland if you are unable to register online with a credit card or if you are
on fee waiver.

The Collegeboard A.P. Program charges for exams ordered but not used. Therefore, a fee of
$20.00 will be deducted from the refund of each test for which a student registered but did
not take.
