something is vev important.<br />

Need and want are followed by a noun or by an<br />

infihitive.<br />

An infinitive = to + the simple form of a verb.*<br />

*The simple form of a verb = a verb without -s, -ed, or -ing.<br />

Examples of the simple form of a verb: come, help, answer, writs.<br />

Examples of infinitives: to come, to help, to answer, to -to.<br />

EXERCISE 15: Use the words in the list or your own words to complete the sentences. Use<br />

an INFINITIVE (to + verb) in each sentence.<br />
