In <strong>2012</strong> the entire <strong>Luxottica</strong> organization participated in the first global employee<br />

engagement survey. With the active participation of more than 55,000 employees, <strong>Luxottica</strong><br />

created an opportunity for employee feedback and internal communication aimed at<br />

collecting recommendations on how to further improve the quality of employment.<br />

The survey, which included many aspects deemed relevant to a positive employment<br />

relationship, highlighted the ability of <strong>Luxottica</strong> to provide work environments characterized<br />

by reciprocal trust and pride of belonging.<br />
