Such action may be taken against the tenant or
someone who is the responsibility of the tenant.
Domestic Violence 6.11 We treat all reported incidents of domestic violence
seriously and where there is sufficient evidence will
take appropriate action to stop it or prevent it.
Possession or Injunction Proceedings may be taken
against any tenants who commit or support acts of
domestic violence.
Such violence is not limited to incidents in the home
and can take place anywhere.
