development, coordination and implementation of
plans to modernise the services at Tasman House
and Hayes Park House Mental Health Hostels and Start : 2005
the Mental Health Group Homes including Long
Lane. Projects continuing in 2007 include:
• A housing support and care provider has been End: 2009
selected through a tender process and contracts
are being agreed;
• Planning consent obtained Dec ‘06 to redevelop
Long Lane and work should start on site in
2007;
• Planning application submitted Jan 2007 for the
redevelopment of Hayes Park House.
