A significant factor this year has<br />

been the construction <strong>of</strong> the new<br />

roundabout on Stockley Road. (182<br />

days out <strong>of</strong> a total <strong>of</strong> 370 in the first<br />

six months)<br />

Programme <strong>of</strong> works in place to<br />

achieve 100% by March 2007. Work<br />

due to start in October on those<br />

crossings that do not meet the<br />

current standards.<br />
