10.06 Memo of Understanding – Kim Riesgraf
Memo of Understanding by and between Independent School District 279 and Parents
in Community Action, Inc. – Head Start. The purpose of this memo is to establish
working procedures for the provision of services to children from zero to five who are
eligible for special education in compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations.
This agreement will run for a period of time from July 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008.
10.07 Contract for Services – Kim Riesgraf
Contract by and between Independent School District 279 and Sharon Holland. The
contractor will provide Music Therapy services to students on behalf of the district as
described in an Individual Education Plan. The agreement covers 37 days of Music
Therapy services through June 5, 2008 at a rate of $200 per day.
10.08 Contract for Services – Kim Riesgraf
Contract by and between Independent School District 279 and Tressa Reisetter, a
Licensed School Psychologist. The consultant will fill a vacant School Psychologist
position on a temporary basis during the 2007-2008 school year at Edinbrook and Osseo
Elementary schools. The consultant agrees to provide 24 to 35 hours per week while
school is in session. The will be paid at a rate of $80 per hour.
10.09 Contract for Services – Wendy Barden
Contract by and between Independent School District 279 and the Minnesota Orchestral
Association. The contract is a rental agreement for the use of Orchestra Hall for a
Showcase Concert on Monday, November 19, 2007. Orchestra Hall has agreed to pay
up to $7,000 of the expenses incurred for the rental of Orchestra Hall for the event. The
district will be responsible for the balance.

10.10 Contract for Services – Julie Halverson
Contract by and between Independent School District 279 and Out Source Project, Inc.
The consultant will provide planning, development, and other services relating to the
secondary/post secondary Articulation Process and facilitate Leadership meetings for
College HS Partnership members for the 2007-08 school year. The consultant will be
paid an amount not to exceed $3,280.

Contract by and between Independent School District 279 and Pat Brink of Brink PR for
Levy 2007 consultant fees. Consultant will be paid an amount not to exceed $9,000.
10.12 Approval: Agreement by and between Independent School District 279 and the City of
Maple Grove, for City personnel to provide services with respect to election equipment,
including assisting with tests of the equipment, assisting in delivery of the equipment,
