10.06 Memo <strong>of</strong> Understanding – Kim Riesgraf<br />

Memo <strong>of</strong> Understanding by and between Independent School District 279 and Parents<br />

in Community Action, Inc. – Head Start. The purpose <strong>of</strong> this memo is to establish<br />

working procedures for the provision <strong>of</strong> services to children from zero to five who are<br />

eligible for special education in compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations.<br />

This agreement will run for a period <strong>of</strong> time from July 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008.<br />

10.07 Contract for Services – Kim Riesgraf<br />

Contract by and between Independent School District 279 and Sharon Holland. The<br />

contractor will provide Music Therapy services to students on behalf <strong>of</strong> the district as<br />

described in an Individual <strong>Education</strong> Plan. The agreement covers 37 days <strong>of</strong> Music<br />

Therapy services through June 5, 2008 at a rate <strong>of</strong> $200 per day.<br />

10.08 Contract for Services – Kim Riesgraf<br />

Contract by and between Independent School District 279 and Tressa Reisetter, a<br />

Licensed School Psychologist. The consultant will fill a vacant School Psychologist<br />

position on a temporary basis during the 2007-2008 school year at Edinbrook and <strong>Osseo</strong><br />

Elementary schools. The consultant agrees to provide 24 to 35 hours per week while<br />

school is in session. The will be paid at a rate <strong>of</strong> $80 per hour.<br />

10.09 Contract for Services – Wendy Barden<br />

Contract by and between Independent School District 279 and the Minnesota Orchestral<br />

Association. The contract is a rental agreement for the use <strong>of</strong> Orchestra Hall for a<br />

Showcase Concert on Monday, November 19, 2007. Orchestra Hall has agreed to pay<br />

up to $7,000 <strong>of</strong> the expenses incurred for the rental <strong>of</strong> Orchestra Hall for the event. The<br />

district will be responsible for the balance.<br />

10.10 Contract for Services – Julie Halverson<br />

Contract by and between Independent School District 279 and Out Source Project, Inc.<br />

The consultant will provide planning, development, and other services relating to the<br />

secondary/post secondary Articulation Process and facilitate Leadership meetings for<br />

College HS Partnership members for the 2007-08 school year. The consultant will be<br />

paid an amount not to exceed $3,280.<br />

10.11 Contract for Service – Susan Hintz<br />

Contract by and between Independent School District 279 and Pat Brink <strong>of</strong> Brink PR for<br />

Levy 2007 consultant fees. Consultant will be paid an amount not to exceed $9,000.<br />

10.12 Approval: Agreement by and between Independent School District 279 and the City <strong>of</strong><br />

Maple Grove, for City personnel to provide services with respect to election equipment,<br />

including assisting with tests <strong>of</strong> the equipment, assisting in delivery <strong>of</strong> the equipment,<br />
