<strong>Department</strong> suggesting steps to be taken/attention to be paid to improve <strong>the</strong><br />
progress on implementation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>of</strong>ficial language policy.<br />
Apart from <strong>the</strong> above-said inspections <strong>the</strong> <strong>Official</strong> <strong>Language</strong> Committee <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> Parliament also visits <strong>the</strong> <strong>of</strong>fices <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Central Government and reviews<br />
<strong>the</strong> progress on <strong>the</strong> lines <strong>of</strong> pre-devised Questionnaire.<br />
PLAN SCHEMES<br />
During <strong>the</strong> Tenth Five Year <strong>Plan</strong> <strong>the</strong> DOL had <strong>the</strong> following plan<br />
schemes under its technical, implementation, Central Hindi Training<br />
Institute, Central Translation Bureau and <strong>the</strong> Research & publicity wings:<br />

LILA (S<strong>of</strong>tware for learning <strong>of</strong> Hindi) - Prabodh, Praveen and Pragya<br />
Hindi on world wide web through English, Assamese, Manipuri, Bangla,<br />
Nepali, Oriya, Punjabi, Gujarati, Kashmiri, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and<br />
Malayalam mediums.<br />
MANTRA-RAJBHASHA for translation <strong>of</strong> English documents into Hindi<br />
for Administrative, Information Technology & Health Domains.<br />
SHRUTLEKHAN-RAJBHASHA for transforming Hindi speech to Hindi<br />
