Technical data, description and dimensions of „Tubex“
Door air curtain Tubex is, due to its design and
construction, suitable for the installations with
high demands on design. The excellent price/
performance ratio makes the Tubex units ideal
for use in a wide range of applications. The unit
can be installed only in vertical possition, on
one or both sides of the door.
The available versions of Tubex door
air curtain:
•ambient (without heating)
• electrical heating - 400V (electronic equipment
for the heater regulation and overheating protection
included)
• water heated - coil with max. temperature of
90°C and max. pressure 1,6 MPa, also suitable
for the low temperature gradients, the
large fin spacing means no need for additional
air filtration

All models are equipped with adjustable air distributing
blades in standard.
Every unit is equipped with an integrated anchorage
plate. The connection of heating medium is led
through the bottom side plate. Connection through
the upper side plate is possible on demand only.
The fan motor is equipped with the motor overload
protection and is adjustable by the voltage supply in
3 grades.

Technical data, description and dimensions of Tubex - Con - connection to the external system
The door air curtains Tubex-Con are suitable for the connection
to the external system of ventilation (can be supplied
as a part of the delivery). Due to its design and construction,
the curtains are suitable for the installations with high
demands on design. The excellent price/performance ratio
makes Tubex units ideal for use in a wide range of applications.
The unit can be installed only in vertical possition, on
one or both sides of the door.
All models are equipped with adjustable air distributing
blades in standard.
Every unit is equipped with an integrated anchorage plate.

Controller: Ditronic (PLUS)
Ditronic controller is a processor regulator, that allows a lot
of additional functions in standard. Due to its design and
big display it is suitable for all kinds of interior applications
(from basic to the most stylish ones). There are several
levels in the controller menu in order to provide the customer
with a wide range of control options, from very simple
to sophisticated settings. The controller also offers the
possibility of setting via PC and USB port (Ditronic plus).

The controller is suitable for the wall mounting and IP20
environment. The controller is to be connected via cable
with the RJ45 connector, see picture below.
