This series <strong>of</strong> video programme deals with the meaning <strong>and</strong> importance <strong>of</strong> various life skills, their role in<br />

personality development <strong>and</strong> techniques <strong>of</strong> enhancing life skills. Skill management <strong>and</strong> 10 core life skills<br />

were discussed in the programme. <strong>The</strong> aims <strong>and</strong> objective <strong>of</strong> each life skill have been elaborated effectively.<br />

<strong>The</strong> programme has effectively brought out that with good life skills a learner can be in control <strong>of</strong> his time,<br />

life, relationships, stress <strong>and</strong> energy levels. Life skills empowered learners would have flexibility <strong>of</strong> responding<br />
