GENERAL CONDITION OF THE SERVICE
1. These posts are temporary at Sr.No., 3, 4, 5 and 6 but likely to be continued. The candidate selected will be on probation
for the period of two years and is liable to transfer anywhere in India to the IGRMS Institutes/Centers/Units including Hqrs.
(Presently Hqrs. Office is functioning at Bhopal).
2. The application forms can be downloaded from the website www.igrms.com. The application along with the attested copies
of educational qualifications, experience, age, community certificate etc. should be enclosed with the application with two
recent passport size photographs, apart from that one recent passport size photograph has to be affixed in the first page of the
application of the provided space and a demand draft of Rs.100/- (for OBC/General candidates) drawn in favour of Director,
IGRMS, payable at Bhopal. SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from fee. Original certificates have to be produced at the
time of written test/interview. Testimonials and certificates should be produced by the physically Handicapped, those who are
exempted from the application fee. The Candidates should mention in the “Application for the post applied for___________”
in bold letters on the right top of the envelope.
3. The date, time and venue of the written test/interview will be communicated to the candidates, for which and one selfaddressed
envelope(11x5cm) affixing postal stamps worth Rs.25/-along with the duly filled in application in a separate cover.
4. Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ST/OBC/PH/candidates and Govt. servant etc. as per the Central Govt. Rules in force.
The IGRMS employee will be given the relaxation as per rules applicable to departmental candidates.
