This Directorate intends to purchase the following printing paper:-

If you are interested and in a position to supply the above paper on the terms &
conditions given below, you may submit your minimum rate in a sealed cover superscribing
“QUOTATION FOR PRINTING PAPER” addressed to the Assistant
Administrative Officer(Press), Room No.207, Directorate of Extension, Krishi Vistar
Sadan, Street No.6, Dairy Road, IARI Campus, Pusa, New Delhi – 110012.
Terms & conditions:-
1. Per ream rate should be quoted.
2. Rate quoted shall remain valid for one month from the date of opening of quotation.
3. VAT charges (if any) should be mentioned separately, clearly indicating its
percentage.
4. Cartage charges (if any) may also be indicated, clearly; in the absence of any
indication to this effect it would be assumed that it has been included in the rate
itself.

5. The paper is to be delivered to the Central Store, Directorate of Extension, Krishi
Vistar Sadan, IARI Campus, Pusa, New Delhi – 110012 within 2 days of placing
confirmed orders.
6. Payment shall be made by cheque after satisfactory supply of papers and submission
of pre-receipted bill in triplicate signed across a revenue stamp duly affixed on it.
The quotations should reach the office of Assistant Administrative Officer(FI) latest by
3.00 p.m. on _15.03.2010(Monday)
Quotations received by due date and time will be opened on the same day at 3.30
P.M. in the office of the Director(Farm Information), Room No.204, Krishi Vistar Sadan,
Directorate of Extension, IARI Campus, Pusa, New Delhi – 110012 in the presence of
representatives of the firms submitting tenders.
Director(Admn.) reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in full or part
without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
Note:- Sample of paper to be supplied must be enclosed with
the quotation giving details on sample.
