8. Construction of Exhibition Pandal

types of weather, strong winds,
rains, etc. The Pandal will have to be
totally rough‐weather proof with
smooth strong flooring made of
wooden planks (6” raised from the
ground to avoid flooding) and
covered with neat, clean jute
matting/coir matting/united
matting and ceiling finished with
while /bleached marken with ample
provisions for lightings, etc. The
Pandal must be complete in all
respects. The false ceiling will be of
about 10 feet high from the ground
