Criteria/Marks System for calculating marks for Technical Bid (Tb). (Total Marks = 30) The<br />
calculation <strong>of</strong> marks will be done out <strong>of</strong> 100. The calculation <strong>of</strong> technical marks will be done as<br />
Tb = 100 x 0.3 = Marks obtained<br />
