Placement Cell of SIMS is committed to provide all possible assistance to its graduates in
their efforts to find employment. The Placement service operates year round to facilitate
contacts between companies and graduates. Staff is available. to respond to student's
questions and concerns of all kinds. The aim is to ensure that students have the information
and skills necessary for an effective job search.
The Placement and Training Cell plays very important and key role in counseling and
guiding the students of the institute for their successful career, which is crucial interface for
the students between the stages of completion of academic programme studies and entry
into the suitable employment. This Cell also coordinates various activities related to the
career of the students along with the industrial training, industry visits etc.

0 Creating the recruiters list, make available to the students for applying forthe job.
0 To conduct Industrial Tours, Guest lectures, Seminars, Project works etc providing very good exposure to
corporate culture.
0 Creates good alumni base, which in turn ensures better placements.
0 Mentorship program in which senior executives are matched with students from the program. This program
provides students with that much needed personal one to one Iink with the business community.
0 Institution Industry Interaction to equip and polish the student's knowledge, there by upgrading the course
contents regularly to make the del ivery systems more practical.
0 Arrange and help students in their summer internship.
