Please read carefully:
a) Computer scan of completed accreditation form will be accepted.
b) All applications must be submitted by 06:00pm (11:00hrs GMT) no later than 05 December 2009,
Sunday.
c) If couriered then please attach 2 (two) passport-size photos (colour) with applicant’s full name clearly
printed in BLOCK LETTERS on the back.
d) Photos may also be e-mailed in jpeg format.
e) A Letter of Assignment on respective organisation’s letterhead pad signed by the concerned authority (i.e.
Organisational Head/Editor/Sports Editor) should accompany each completed Application Form.
f) The BCB may seek verification of the applicant’s status from the respective Cricket Boards.
g) The applicant will be responsible for the procedure related to obtaining visa and his/her travel arrangements.
h) The BCB reserves the right to accept or reject the Accreditation request. Applicants will be notified by e-mail
after their forms have been received by the BCB’s Media & Communications Department and also after
acceptance.
i) Accreditation cards will be distributed from a designated office (details to be e-mailed to the applicants) and
must be collected personally by the applicant.
