CD results<br />
• 5 (five) CD Full Data stampers will be further processed to replica.<br />
DVD results<br />
• 10 (ten) DVD (mixed <strong>on</strong> customer request) stampers will be further processed to<br />
replica.<br />
General<br />
When both CD and DVD <str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g>mat series achieve a yield of 90% (ninety percent) <strong>on</strong><br />
replica, the equipment will then be c<strong>on</strong>sidered ready <str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g> transfer. This will be evidence<br />
by a protocol as described.<br />
Note: SINGULUS MASTERING can decide to manufacture the replica’s at an other<br />
facility, apointed by SINGULUS MASTERING, to finalize the above menti<strong>on</strong><br />
specificati<strong>on</strong>s, if third party equipment is not part of the “scope of supply” and is not<br />
per<str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g>ming according expectati<strong>on</strong>s.<br />
