The curriculum (using a progression model) has been written using the latest knowledge of the development of skills from the ages of 8 years up. Give them the confidence to take a school netball team by sending them to a Starting Out in Coaching workshop run by Netball Southland. Send at least one coach/teacher to a workshop and your school will be eligible to receive 1-2 “in school” visits from a Netball Southland Development Officer Every Friday Night during Term 2 and Term 3 Where: Time: Age: Coaches: Cost: Badminton Hall, Surrey Park 6 – 7pm New comers 8yrs – 13yrs Qualified coaches take these sessions teaching basic skills.
