Volunteer Profile - Anthony Botha
Anthony is from Durban in South Africa and moved to New
Zealand with his family at the beginning of 2009 where he
attended James Hargest College. Anthony is in the process of
obtaining New Zealand residency so at the moment is unable to
work or study in New Zealand.
Anthony says “the volunteer programme fills is his time and
allows him to lend a helping hand at events where he is needed.
It helps me meet new people and I get to learn more about Sport
and the events Sport Southland are involved in.
Once accepted for residency Anthony would like to study
Engineering at Canterbury University.
