STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY<br />
The Board of <strong>Sport</strong> and Recreation <strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong><br />
accepts responsibility for:<br />
. preparing these financial statements and<br />
statement of service performance and the<br />
judgements made concerning these; and<br />
. establishing and maintaining a system<br />
of internal control designed to provide<br />
reasonable assurance as to the integrity<br />
and reliability of financial and non-financial<br />
