over 66 per cent of Dr. Reddy’s paid-up share capital has been dematerialised.
Dematerialisation of shares are done through Big Share Services Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, and
on an average the dematerialisation process is completed within 10 days from the date of
receipt of a valid dematerialisation request along with the documents.
