not only enables suppliers to access their<br />

purchase orders, invoices, payments and the<br />

like, but also allows them to access other<br />

details with a click of the mouse. Through<br />

this continuous real-time link, the<br />

involvement of suppliers in the Company’s<br />

business is expected to substantially<br />

increase in the future.<br />

CUSTOMERS<br />

THE COMPANY HAS ALSO created a<br />

portal customer2drl.com for establishing a<br />

long lasting relationship with customers.<br />

The portal enables customers to access<br />

information relating to the entire sales<br />

cycle. Thus substantiating the Company’s<br />

relationship with its customers.<br />

In addition, livizi.com and Housecalls are<br />

initiatives in the field of education and<br />

medical needs. livizi.com is a unique<br />

e-healthcare initiative of <strong>Dr</strong>. Reddy’s<br />

dedicated to helping people lead healthier<br />

lives. It is a simple, interactive and multilingual<br />

health portal, with a holistic<br />

approach to health, and covers<br />

physiological, psychological, social and<br />

spiritual aspects. livizi.com also aims to<br />

demystify health by helping people learn<br />

about health in an interesting and fun way.<br />

Housecalls, a bi-monthly magazine<br />

published by <strong>Dr</strong>. Reddy’s, is an effort to<br />

connect the medical fraternity across<br />

boundaries. The magazine has circulation of<br />

doctors from all over the world. Its online<br />

edition can be accessed at<br />

www.housecallsindia.com.<br />

EMPLOYEES<br />

THE COMPANY BRINGS out Elixir, its<br />

house journal, every quarter. The magazine<br />

not only connects employees across location<br />

but is a forum for sharing news, views and<br />

analysis. <strong>Dr</strong>. Reddy’s also has a number of<br />

electronic portals: the Insider, the HR portal,<br />

drlintouch.com, to keep employees updated<br />

on various issues relating to the Company.<br />
