Appendix C: Database Schema for Log Messages The following table describes the conditions under which log messages are recorded in a database table. Appendix D: Database Clean Up Scripts You can run an SQL script to delete all the tables in one of the following databases that ReportNet uses: • content store for ReportNet application data • log database for log messages • delivery database for report notifications Delete Tables from Databases Used by ReportNet If you want to remove all existing ReportNet related information such as applications or log entries, and start over, you can run a special SQL script. When you delete a table, its structural definition and data are deleted permanently from the database. Ensure that you stop the ReportNet service before you run the scripts. When you restart the ReportNet service, the required database tables are created automatically in the location determined by your configuration settings. Steps 1. On the computer where Content Manager is located, stop the ReportNet service. 2. Go to the appropriate directory: • To delete tables from the log database, go to the crn_location\configuraton\schemas\logging • To delete tables from the content store database, go to the crn_location\configuraton\schemas\content • To delete tables from the delivery database, go to the crn_location\configuraton\schemas\delivery 3. Go to the appropriate database directory. 4. Depending on the database and database type, run one of the following scripts in the appropriate database tool to delete the tables.
