20. Parking (cont.) Standards<br />

7. Bicycle parking: A minimum of one<br />

bicycle rack with four (4) spaces is<br />

required for each vehicular parking<br />

area. The bicycle rack must not take<br />

the place of a vehicular parking stall,<br />

but must be located within the site<br />

development, adjacent to a landscaped<br />

area adjacent to the parking<br />

lot, rear of a building, or plaza.<br />

8. RV Parking: The storage of recreational<br />

vehicles (RVs) shall not be allowed in<br />

the downtown mixed use overlay zone.<br />

9. Landscaping: Parking areas shall be<br />

landscaped where possible, around<br />

the periphery and at the end of parking<br />

rows with living plant materials and<br />

trees in accordance with landscaping<br />

plans approved as part of the project<br />

plan approval. (Section10-11E-2-14C-2)<br />

10. Other Regulations: Refer to section<br />

10-18-2R of the <strong>City</strong> Code for all other<br />

parking regulations.<br />

11. Waiver: The <strong>City</strong> Council may approve<br />

a waiver to some of the above parking<br />

requirements, based upon the<br />

recommendation of a professional<br />

parking study. (Section 10-11G-6F)<br />
