REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 14, 2009 BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING NO. 1 PAGE NO. 6 A copy of General Order 2009-01 was copied to all Members for informational purposes regarding Animal Control and Wildlife Procedures. Health Inspector is working on trying to get in tough with the person who wrote the letter requesting fee waiver of vending machine licenses. To date, no success in contacting him. Letter was sent out to EB Chamber of Commerce thanking them for adding South River to their list of Food Banks that were donated to during the Holiday Season. Copy of Food Bank Guidelines were handed out to all members. It was brought up that some guidelines are not being followed correctly. Board President asked that the Secretary get in touch with the Council of Churches to attend the February 2009 meeting. Cat Ordinance will be looked at this year to license cats. TNR Ordinance was explained to new members. All were in favor. Next meeting will be held on February 19, 2009.
