• Ageing population.<br />
• Difficulties experienced by groups with<br />
learning disabilities to secure shared<br />
accommodation with provision for a carer.<br />
• Potential rise in unemployment and affects<br />
of the economic slowdown – potential rise in<br />
homelessness.<br />
• No specialist housing related support for<br />
people suffering substance misuse.<br />
• Fuel poverty in the private sector – particularly<br />
vulnerable households in the Seales and Linton<br />
wards; Woodville and Hartshorne parishes.<br />
• Monitor and review Supported Lodging project.<br />
