Successes<br />

<strong>Council</strong> Members agreed a minimum standard in<br />

November 2003.<br />

So far funded by capital receipts from the sale of Basses<br />

Crescent and Smallthorn Place Sheltered <strong>Housing</strong><br />

Schemes. £880k committed to date. £320k work<br />

outstanding. Funds have not yet been secured to<br />

complete the improvement programme.<br />

Successes<br />

The Planning Inspectorate approved the development<br />

of some 2,500 homes on the Derby fringe of which 40% is<br />

to be affordable.<br />
