NB : ( I ) Please note that there is no provision to take out the list of parties downloading the tender document from the<br />

above referred web site . As such , tenderers are requested to see the website once again before due date of<br />

tender opening to ensure that they have not missed any corrigendum uploaded against the said tender after<br />

downloading the tender document. The responsibility of downloading the related corrigenda , if any , will be that of<br />

the downloading parties.<br />

( ii ) No separate intimation in respect of corrigendum to this NIT( if any ) will be sent to tenderer who have down<br />

loaded the documents from website. Please see website www.itietendering.com/CIL.<br />

3 . The offer should be submitted strictly as per the terms and conditions and procedures laid down in the website of M/s<br />

ITI Ltd www.itietendering.com/CIL / tender document failing which the offer is liable for rejection.<br />

Bidders should download the complete NIT including the Annexure and read carefully before filling the details<br />

and uploading the bid.<br />

4. Normally no deviation is acceptable to our tender documents. Terms and offers which are in deviations are liable for rejection<br />

without making any back reference to the tenderers. Offers as asked for must be submitted complete in all respects.<br />

5. The bidder must upload & attach all the documents required as per the terms of the tender.<br />

6. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ranchi court only.<br />

(Note: It may pleased be noted that e-tendering or e-procurement falls under the purview of the Information Technology Act<br />

2000 and other relevant acts and subsequent amendments if any )<br />

7. The packing of all the materials quoted shall conform to the requirements of the carriers.<br />

8. PREPARATION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:<br />

8.01 TWO BID SYSTEM:<br />

The Tender Documents are to be submitted in two bid system in the following manner and shall be<br />

submitted through electronic mode only.<br />

8.01.a. Part “A” (Techno-commercial bid): This part of the offer should contain the documents and<br />

details asked for as under (in no case should contain / indicate the offered prices)<br />

a) Template for Commercial terms and conditions (Annexure “A”)<br />

b) Template for Technical Specifications/ Terms & conditions (Annexure “B”)<br />

( Annexure A and Annexure B ( Two sheets in single File ) are to be downloaded from the e-<br />

tendering system and then the filled templates are to be uploaded in the e - tendering system )<br />

c) Scanned copies of documents as required as per requirements of the NIT and as specified in the<br />

Annexure A and Annexure B are to uploaded as General Documents in the e- tendering system and<br />

then attached with the offer while submitting the offer online.<br />

d) Duly signed, stamped and accepted integrity pact ( Annexure – F ) (Scanned copy to be uploaded<br />

along with the offer ) to uploaded as General Documents in the e- tendering system and then<br />

attached with the offer while submitting the offer online.<br />

THE RESPONSES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS OF NIT GIVEN IN ANNEXURE-“A” AND ANNEXURE-“B”<br />

WHICH WILL BE SUBMITTED ONLINE BY THE BIDDER, WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR EVALUATION<br />

OF THE BID AND ANYTHING CONTRARY TO THESE RESPONSES SUBMITTED BY THE BIDDER IN<br />

ANY OTHER FORM WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
