2.M/s. Laxmi Hydraulic Pvt. Ltd., Solapur.<br />
Commercial C/S for vetting by associate finance is placed at folio-P-118/C. The Commercial Status of<br />
the firms is as follows:-<br />
(A)M/s Surya Udyog, Dhanbad:- ED has been indicated as Not Applicable (P-82/C). No documentary<br />
evidence has been given. All other commercial terms and conditions are as per NIT.<br />
(B)M/s. Laxmi Hydraulic Pvt. Ltd., Solapur:- All commercial terms and conditions are as per NIT.<br />
