Your offer referred above submitted against the subject tender is under active consideration. You are<br />
requested to confirm/submit the following techno-commercial points/documents as per NIT for further<br />
consideration:-<br />
1. Pl. confirm acceptance of delivery clause as per clause 2 of Annex “BB” of NIT.<br />
2.You have indicated that Excise Duty is Not Applicable. You are requested to confirm to submit<br />
documentary evidence such as ED gate pass/ Invoice cum Gate Pass of manufacturer in the name of <strong>CCL</strong> as<br />
consignee for availing CENVAT credit. In case of ED being not paid, you will have to certify on each bill<br />
that ED has not been paid by the Manufacturer of the supplied item as per rule (relevant rule to be indicated)<br />
of Excise Act.<br />
Your confirmation/submission of the above points/documents must reach us within 30.08.2011.<br />
