A Tender Committee consisting of the following members met on 22.12.2011 for recommending procurement of Squirrel Cage Induction Motor in respect of Sawang and Rajrappa Washeries against the subject Tender:- 1.Sri N.K.Dutta, CM(P) 2.Sri A.D.Choudhury, Sr. Mgr.(E&M-Ws) 3.Sri D.N.Pathak, Dy. Mgr.(F-P) Assisted By: Sri S.K.Agrawal, Sr. Mgr.(P) (Sri D.N.Pathak has attended the TC Meeting as Sri M.A.G Mustafa is on leave on date) At the outset, TC noted the following:- Approved indent/MB (P- for procurement of Squirrel Cage Induction Motor for Sawang and Rajrappa Washeries valuing 27.85. With due approval, the case for procurement of the Motors was Advertised in Telegraph (Kolkata), Prabhat Khabar (Ranchi), Indian Express (Chennai) and Hindustan Times (Delhi) all Dtd.11.05.2011 (P-70/C) and certificate for publication on the website is at (P-71/C and tender issued in two bid vide Tender No. Sr. Mgr(P)/326/10-11/Squirrel Cage Induction Motor/10 due on 15.06.2011 and opened on 15.06.2011 (P-72/C). As indicated below, offers from two firms, has been received against the above Tender. 1.M/s Surya Udyog, Dhanbad. 2.M/s Laxmi Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd. Solapur As per the TC recommendation at pages 5/N to 6/N, both the tenderers were asked for furnishing technocommercial clarifications via e mail (P-145 & 146/C) against which the firms have submitted their replies which is placed at P-120/C to 126/C. The file was sent to the technical deprt. For conclusive TSR which has been done at P-8/N and is as follows:- Conclusive Technical Status:- (A)M/s Surya Udyog, Dhanbad. :- The offer of the firm for all the tendered items are technically accepted. (B)M/s. Laxmi Hydraulics, Solapur :- Although the offer of the firm is otherwise technically acceptable for motors of 6.3 KW, 1.5 KW, 18.5 KW, 66 KW, 76 KW and 90 KW but for non submission of affidavit for successful execution of supply orders, none of the offers is accepted as per the stipulation of NIT. Commercial Status:- (A)M/s Surya Udyog, Dhanbad. :- The offer of the firm is commercially as per NIT. (B)M/s. Laxmi Hydraulics, Solapur :- The offer of the firm is commercially as per NIT. As per the TC deliberation at P-10 to 11/N, the price bid of M/s Surya Udyog, the only technocommercial suitable offer was opened on 05.11.2011 (P-149/C). Price C/S vetted by finance is placed at P- 150/C.
