TENDER NOTICE<br />

Sealed tenders are invited from the experienced & authorized reclaimers of electrode<br />

manufacturer for undertaking the following weld-repair job of HEMM at Rajrappa Project.<br />

Scope of Work<br />

1. Cleaning of Dump body and canopy.<br />

2. Removal of deformed plates and gauging of cracked weld joints of dump body & canopy.<br />

3. Welding on cracked joints and fixation of fresh plates to desired shape & size in rear one<br />

third portion of dump body & reinforcement of canopy with 10mm MS plate & its<br />

support structure with MS plates of size 16mm.<br />

4. Reinforcement of repaired portion by fixing 16mm, MS plate and MS strips of size<br />

12mm x 75mm of desired length in rear one third portion of dump body.<br />

5. Any crack/deformation noticed during repairing process should be rectified/included in<br />

the scope of work.<br />

Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day<br />

from 26-11-12 to 28-11-12 (from 10 AM to 4 PM) on cash payment of Rs.251/- (non-refundable)<br />

to be deposited to Chief Cashier, Rajrappa Area.<br />

Earnest money in shape of Bank draft favouring CENTRAL COALFIELDS<br />

LIMITED,<strong>RAMGARH</strong>AREA and payable at BOI/Rajrappa Project or SBI, Ramgarh cantt.<br />

should be deposited along-with tender. Tender not accompanied with E/money will be rejected.<br />

<strong>No</strong> adjustment of E/money will be made against any dues with the Company.<br />

Tender should be submitted in two sealed envelops containing “A” & “B” as per details<br />

given below :<br />

1 st Envelop “A” should contain the following documents –<br />

1) Tenderers must have experiences –<br />

a) Average financial turn over during the last 03 years, ending 31 st March of the previous<br />

financial year, should not be less than 30% of the estimated cost.<br />

b) Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 07 years ending last<br />

day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the<br />

following –<br />

i) Three similar completed work cost not less than the amount equal to 40% of the<br />

Estimt.cost.<br />

ii) Two similar completed work cost not less than the amount equal to 50% of the<br />

Estimt.cost<br />

iii) One similar completed work cost not less than the amount equal to 80% of the<br />

Estmt.cost.<br />

6) Current affidavit (in orginal) certifying that the bidder is not involved in any criminal cases<br />

and that he is not related to any employees of the company and also not black listed in<br />

<strong>CCL</strong>/CIL and meant for this tender only.<br />

7) Proof of TIN Regn.<br />

8) Photcopy of receipt for e-banking system.<br />

9) Current authorization certificate from electrode manufacturer.<br />

NOTE : All original documents pertaining to above have to be produced before the<br />

Tender Committee at the time of opening tender.<br />

NOTE : For purchasing the tender documents, an application is to be made by the<br />

tenderer to Staff Officer(<strong>Excv</strong>),Rajrappa Area then only permission will be<br />

given to deposit the cost of tender documents.<br />

NOTE : All photocopies of documents submitted along with tender will be accepted<br />

only if it is attested by Public <strong>No</strong>tary Officer.<br />

2 nd Envelop ‘B” should contain only rate quoted in Bill of quantity issued from this<br />

office along-with break-up details of rate and current price list of electrode manufacturer.<br />

The tenders will be received in the office of the undersigned on 29-11-12 upto<br />

4.00 PM and 1 st bid will be opened on the same day at 4.30 PM in the presence of<br />

tenderers or their authorized representatives. 2 nd bid(Price) will be opened only after<br />

qualifying the 1 st bid.<br />

General and other terms & conditions will be governed as per <strong>CCL</strong> rules<br />

circulated from time to time. Tenders received after due date and without E/money will<br />

not be considered.<br />

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any of the tender wholly or<br />

partly without assigning any reason whatsoever.<br />
