TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from the experienced & authorized reclaimers of electrode
manufacturer for undertaking the following weld-repair job of HEMM at Rajrappa Project.

Scope of Work
1. Cleaning of Dump body and canopy.
2. Removal of deformed plates and gauging of cracked weld joints of dump body & canopy.
3. Welding on cracked joints and fixation of fresh plates to desired shape & size in rear one
third portion of dump body & reinforcement of canopy with 10mm MS plate & its
support structure with MS plates of size 16mm.
4. Reinforcement of repaired portion by fixing 16mm, MS plate and MS strips of size
12mm x 75mm of desired length in rear one third portion of dump body.
5. Any crack/deformation noticed during repairing process should be rectified/included in
the scope of work.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day
from 26-11-12 to 28-11-12 (from 10 AM to 4 PM) on cash payment of Rs.251/- (non-refundable)
to be deposited to Chief Cashier, Rajrappa Area.
Earnest money in shape of Bank draft favouring CENTRAL COALFIELDS
LIMITED,RAMGARHAREA and payable at BOI/Rajrappa Project or SBI, Ramgarh cantt.
should be deposited along-with tender. Tender not accompanied with E/money will be rejected.
No adjustment of E/money will be made against any dues with the Company.
Tender should be submitted in two sealed envelops containing “A” & “B” as per details
given below :
1 st Envelop “A” should contain the following documents –
1) Tenderers must have experiences –
a) Average financial turn over during the last 03 years, ending 31 st March of the previous
financial year, should not be less than 30% of the estimated cost.
b) Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 07 years ending last
day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the
following –
i) Three similar completed work cost not less than the amount equal to 40% of the
Estimt.cost.
ii) Two similar completed work cost not less than the amount equal to 50% of the
Estimt.cost
iii) One similar completed work cost not less than the amount equal to 80% of the
Estmt.cost.

2) Proof of SSI/NSIC
3) PAN Card
4) Bank soundness certificate
5) E/Money in shape of B/draft
6) Current affidavit (in orginal) certifying that the bidder is not involved in any criminal cases
and that he is not related to any employees of the company and also not black listed in
CCL/CIL and meant for this tender only.
7) Proof of TIN Regn.
8) Photcopy of receipt for e-banking system.
9) Current authorization certificate from electrode manufacturer.
NOTE : All original documents pertaining to above have to be produced before the
Tender Committee at the time of opening tender.
NOTE : For purchasing the tender documents, an application is to be made by the
tenderer to Staff Officer(Excv),Rajrappa Area then only permission will be
given to deposit the cost of tender documents.
NOTE : All photocopies of documents submitted along with tender will be accepted
only if it is attested by Public Notary Officer.
2 nd Envelop ‘B” should contain only rate quoted in Bill of quantity issued from this
office along-with break-up details of rate and current price list of electrode manufacturer.
The tenders will be received in the office of the undersigned on 29-11-12 upto
4.00 PM and 1 st bid will be opened on the same day at 4.30 PM in the presence of
tenderers or their authorized representatives. 2 nd bid(Price) will be opened only after
qualifying the 1 st bid.
General and other terms & conditions will be governed as per CCL rules
circulated from time to time. Tenders received after due date and without E/money will
not be considered.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any of the tender wholly or
partly without assigning any reason whatsoever.
