Subject: Applicability of CVCs instruction No.8(1)(h)/98 (1) dated 18.11.98 on post<br />
order negotiations.<br />
During the review meeting of the CVOs in Mumbai on 18.01.2002 one of the issue<br />
raised the applicability of the CVC guidelines banning post tender negotiation except<br />
with L-1 to such projects as are funded by sources other than the consolidated Fund of<br />
Government of India.<br />
2. It has been decided after due consideration that in so far as funding from sources other<br />
than consolidated Fund of Government of India, the Commission’s instruction dated<br />
18.11.1998 is not applicable.<br />
All concerned may ensure strict compliance of this instruction.<br />
