(o)The party wise/sale order wise ‘Road Sale Register’ maintained at the<br />

colliery/weighbridge must be updated and reconciled on day to day basis to avoid any<br />

excess lifting than the sale order quantity.<br />

(p)No lifting of coal should be allowed beyond the validity period of the individual sale<br />

orders.<br />

(q)Area management should not be allowed to divert Sale Orders relating to a specific<br />

colliery/sale point to any other colliery sale point of the area.<br />

(r)All road weighbridges should be under the administrative control of the dispatching<br />

project and not the area. This should be homogenously implemented and operated in<br />

all areas of <strong>CCL</strong>.<br />

5. Refund/Adjustment of the unlifted coal value to the road sale customers after expiry of<br />

validity period for lifting and accountal of road sales accounts:<br />

a) Submission of ‘Lifting cum Balance statement’ in the prescribed format is to be done<br />

on monthly basis only in respect of all types of consumers including e-auction & FSA<br />

consumers.<br />

b) Sale order wise lifting details along with balance (Quantity and corresponding value)<br />

upto the last day of the month shall be prepared in the prescribed format and forwarded<br />

to the Area Sales Manager under the signature of project officer latest by 5 th of the<br />

subsequent month mentioning therein reasons or failure to lift or to deliver i.e., party’s<br />

fault or company fault in case of any short lifting or non-lifting, whatever the case may<br />

be. In case of force majeaure or unavoidable circumstances beyond control of <strong>CCL</strong>,<br />

that should be specifically mentioned. The said Monthly statement must contain all the<br />

sale orders relating to the colliery/sale point either in running condition upto last day of<br />

the month or closed on any date from first to last date of the month concerned. Clear<br />

mentioning of “Running” or “Closed with date of closure” must be made in the<br />

statement against each of the sale order. All the pages of the report must be signed by<br />

al the concerned officials of the colliery/sale point. Piece meal & incomplete reports<br />

for a month cannot be entertained in any circumstances.<br />

c)Area sales office is to verify and compile the details and after due certification from the<br />

Area Sales Manager, Area Finance Manager and Area General Manager, the monthly<br />

report should be submitted to CSC, <strong>CCL</strong>, Ranchi on or before 15 th of the next month. It<br />

will be the responsibility of Area Sales Manager to submit monthly ‘Lifting cum<br />

Balance Certificate’ to CSC, <strong>CCL</strong>, Ranchi within 15 th of the next month. Area General
