01 --- Jürgen H. Fechter

Chairman of the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp Stainless AG
Jürgen Fechter, born 1962 in Namibia, began his career in
1981 as an assistant auditor at Price Waterhouse. He qualified
as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa in 1986. In 1989
Mr. Fechter joined Middelburg Steel & Alloys Stainless (Pty)
Ltd in Middelburg/South Africa, initially as controller for R&D
projects and later as sales controller. When Columbus Stainless
(Pty) Ltd. was founded in 1991, he was appointed to the board
of the operating company with responsibility for controlling
and accounting. In 1994 he was promoted to the board of
the Columbus holding company. At the beginning of 1997,
Mr. Fechter moved to the Stainless unit of the ThyssenKrupp
Group, initially as President (sole managing director) of the
Stainless subsidiary ThyssenKrupp Mexinox S.A. de C.V. in
San Luis Potosí, and from October 1998 as member of the
Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp Stainless AG. At the
beginning of 2000 he was appointed Chairman of the Executive
Board of ThyssenKrupp Nirosta GmbH with responsibility
for sales and purchasing. In 2002 Mr. Fechter also assumed
responsibility for worldwide sales within the Stainless group
and a year later was appointed Vice Chairman of the Executive
Board of ThyssenKrupp Stainless GmbH. Since April 1, 2004
Jürgen H. Fechter has been Chairman of the Executive Board
of ThyssenKrupp Stainless AG and Member of the Executive
Board of ThyssenKrupp Steel AG. In connection with the
restructuring of the steel operations of ThyssenKrupp AG
and the dissolution of the intermediate holding company
ThyssenKrupp Steel AG he was appointed Member of the
Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp AG on October 1, 2005.
In addition, Jürgen H. Fechter is a member of the board of
Stahlinstitut VDEh and a member of the board of directors
of the International Stainless Steel Forum (ISSF).
02 --- Dr. Michael Rademacher

After studying economics at the Ruhr University in Bochum,
Dr. Michael Rademacher (born 1955) began his career working
as a management consultant, mainly in the field of financial
and investment controlling. From 1985 to 1988 he worked as
a research assistant in the faculty of industrial manufacturing
at the Ruhr University, Bochum. In 1988 he joined Thyssen
Industrie AG, Essen, performing various duties within the
ThyssenKrupp Group until 2002, ultimately as head of the
Corporate Controlling department at ThyssenKrupp AG.
Effective May 01, 2002 he was appointed to the Executive Board
of ThyssenKrupp Stainless GmbH. On April 1, 2005 he moved
to the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp Automotive AG before
being appointed Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of
ThyssenKrupp Stainless AG on October 1, 2006. Dr. Rademacher
is head of the Schmalenbach Gesellschaft’s “Integrated
Corporate Planning” task force. Since May 2006 he has been a
guest lecturer at Ruhr University Bochum.
03 --- Klaus-Peter Hennig

Klaus-Peter Hennig (born 1948) trained as an industrial clerk
at the firm of Gildemeister in Bielefeld, Germany before going
on to study business administration and social economy at the
University of Bielefeld. From 1977 to 1990 Klaus-Peter Hennig
worked in various capacities for the North Rhine Westphalia
district of the German Trades Union Federation (DGB). From
1990 to 1994 he was head of department in the Düsseldorf office
of the executive committee of IG Metall (metalworkers’ union).
In 1994 he was appointed member of the Executive Board and
labor director of ThyssenKrupp Nirosta GmbH. Since October 01,
2002 Klaus-Peter Hennig has additionally been a member of the
Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp Stainless AG.
