a few Russian officials that appear to argue that the weapons assigned
to Ground Forces have not been eliminated. One prominent
example is Colonel-General Vladimir Zaritski, commander
of the Rocket and Artillery Forces, which are part of the Ground
Forces (sometimes referred to as General Purpose Forces). In
