materials from the road surface, using
0.06 cum of 6.7mm size crusher broken
hard granite stone chips and down
graded as per sieve analysis and 6.80 Kg.
of penetration grade (60/70) bitumen
for 10 sqm area of road surface including
conveying chips from stacks ,feeding
into tar boiler in required quantities
heating bitumen, conveying hot binder
for precoated chips in required
quantities to ensure thorough sealcoating,
conveying precoated chips
from the mixer , laying the same on the
road including hand packing to proper
grade, camber and rolling with P.R.R
and sand blinding 6mm thick including
hire, running charges of P.R.R, Tar
boiler, Hot Mix Plant, cost, conveyance,
royalties, taxes of all material, cost of
labour, T&P ,Sundries etc. complete and
in accordance with clause 513 of
Specification for Road & Bridge work of
MORT&H (4th Revision) & direction of
Engineer in charge.
