I/We hereby tender for the execution for the Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development
Corporation, Bhubaneswar of the work specified in the under written memorandum at the rates specified thereon
within the period as mentioned in the tender call notice from the date of written order to commence and accordance
in all respects with the specification, designs, drawings and other documents referred to in rule thereof and subject
to the annexed conditions of contract and with such materials as are provided for in all respects in accordance with
such conditions.

c) Earnest Money Deposit Rs.0.18 lakh

e) Initial security deposit (including earnest
money) to be deposited before drawal of
agreement 2% (Two percent) of the tendered
amount.
f) Percentage to be deducted from the bill @ 5% (five percent) towards performance guarantee.
