14. The work of plumbing and drainage shall be carried out by skilled plumbers in line and level as instructed and as per good engineering practice. 15. The holes in walls, RCC members, etc. shall be made very carefully after prior permission of the authorized officer of the Corporation before laying necessary pipe lines and the same shall be made good as per the surrounding surface without any extra cost, as per the satisfaction of the authorized officer. 16. SPECIAL NOTE 1.
